If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of such changes.
You must create an account to access certain features of the Platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use the Platform to engage in fraudulent activities, misrepresent products or services, infringe on intellectual property rights, harass or harm other users, transmit malicious code or viruses, or violate any applicable laws or regulations.
Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their product listings, including descriptions, photos, price ranges, and availability. All products must be legal, genuine agricultural produce. Product prices are displayed as ranges (e.g., ₦40,000 - ₦45,000) or single prices to reflect market fluctuations. Agrikonect reserves the right to remove any listing that violates these terms or is deemed inappropriate. Sellers must fulfill orders in accordance with their stated terms and delivery timelines.
Order Workflow: (1) Order Request - Buyers submit order requests with delivery address and quantity. (2) Order Confirmation - Agrikonect reviews and confirms the final price based on current market conditions, providing a detailed breakdown (Price per Unit × Quantity + Delivery Fee = Overall Total). (3) Payment - Buyers proceed with payment after confirmation. (4) Processing - Orders move through processing, ready-to-deliver, and delivered stages. Buyers can update orders (delivery address and quantity) only when payment status is "pending" and order status is not "confirmed". Final prices are confirmed by Agrikonect to ensure fair pricing based on current market conditions.
Agrikonect facilitates secure payment processing through our payment gateway. Payment links are valid for 30 minutes. If a payment link expires, buyers can generate a new one. Agrikonect confirms payments and processes orders accordingly. All transactions are subject to our pricing model: Price per Unit × Quantity + Delivery Fee = Overall Total. Each party is responsible for complying with applicable tax laws and regulations related to their transactions.
The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by AgriKonect and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Users retain ownership of content they upload but grant AgriKonect a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute such content on the Platform.
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect, use, and protect your personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws. By using the Platform, you consent to such processing and warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AgriKonect does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of items listed, the accuracy of listings, or the ability of sellers to complete transactions. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or transactions conducted through it.
Users are encouraged to resolve disputes directly with each other. AgriKonect may provide assistance but is not obligated to mediate disputes. Any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be governed by the laws of Nigeria and resolved in the courts of Nigeria.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
We may modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through a notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
